These terms explain the rules for using EGGIO as a visitor, buyer, creator,
seller, or account holder.

These Terms of Service govern the use of EGGIO, available at eggio.net. By accessing or using EGGIO, creating an account, purchasing digital resources, submitting projects, or interacting with platform features, you agree to these Terms.

1. What EGGIO Provides

EGGIO is a digital resource marketplace focused on project kits, templates, checklists, workflow guides, digital product resources, and educational business materials. EGGIO helps users discover, package, test, and build upon practical project opportunities.

EGGIO does not sell physical goods. EGGIO does not provide financial products, loans, securities, investment contracts, gambling services, regulated financial services, or professional legal, tax, investment, or financial advice.

2. No Guarantee of Income or Success

EGGIO resources may provide ideas, frameworks, templates, workflows, checklists, examples, or educational materials. They do not guarantee income, business success, customer acquisition, investment return, employment, funding, traffic growth, sales results, or any specific outcome.

Users are responsible for evaluating whether any project, resource, template, workflow, or opportunity is suitable for their own situation, market, skills, budget, risk tolerance, and legal obligations.

3. Accounts

Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under their accounts. Users must provide accurate account information and must not impersonate another person, create misleading accounts, or use EGGIO for abusive or unlawful activity.

EGGIO may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate platform rules, abuse the service, submit misleading content, attempt fraud, create payment risk, or create security risk.

4. Purchases and Digital Resources

Purchases on EGGIO are for digital resources. After successful payment, access may be provided through account pages, order records, download records, or other platform delivery methods.

Users may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, upload, copy, claim ownership over, or commercially exploit purchased EGGIO resources unless the project page or license terms clearly allow it.

5. Memberships and Credits

EGGIO may offer membership plans, credits, project access benefits, discounts, seller tools, or platform features. Membership benefits, pricing, access rules, and availability may change as the platform develops.

Unless a membership plan is clearly labeled as recurring or automatically renewing, membership purchases are treated as one-time purchases for the stated access period and may require manual renewal.

6. Creator and Seller Responsibilities

Sellers and creators must submit accurate, original, authorized, and lawful content. Sellers may not upload stolen, infringing, misleading, illegal, deceptive, harmful, unsafe, or regulated content.

Sellers must accurately describe what buyers will receive, including project scope, deliverables, resource type, limitations, risks, and intended use. Misleading claims, fake guarantees, copied resources, or low-quality submissions may result in rejection, removal, account restriction, earnings hold, or payout reversal.

7. Prohibited Content and Activities

Users may not use EGGIO to:

• sell illegal, infringing, harmful, deceptive, or unauthorized materials;
• offer financial products, securities, loans, investment contracts, gambling services, or regulated financial services;
• promise guaranteed income, guaranteed returns, guaranteed customers, or unrealistic business outcomes;
• upload malware, spyware, phishing materials, harmful code, or tools intended for abuse;
• abuse refunds, chargebacks, seller earnings, ratings, reviews, account systems, or platform trust mechanisms;
• circumvent platform fees, payment rules, moderation systems, access controls, or account restrictions;
• misrepresent identity, ownership, product quality, deliverables, rights, payment status, or business claims.

8. Payments, Refunds, and Disputes

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as PayPal, Stripe, or other approved payment services. EGGIO does not directly store complete credit card numbers or full payment credentials.

Refunds, disputes, digital delivery issues, seller payout holds, and payment-related reviews are handled according to EGGIO’s Refund & Digital Delivery Policy and applicable platform rules.

9. Seller Earnings and Payouts

Seller earnings may be subject to review periods, payout thresholds, payment channel availability, compliance checks, refund risk, dispute handling, and anti-fraud controls. EGGIO may delay, freeze, reverse, or reject seller earnings if there are chargebacks, refunds, fraud signals, misleading content, duplicate content, copyright issues, policy violations, or unresolved buyer complaints.

EGGIO only processes seller payouts through approved and available payout methods. Payout timing, availability, and supported methods may vary depending on payment provider review, compliance requirements, seller region, and platform risk controls.

10. Platform Trust and Safety

EGGIO may use moderation, review, scoring, duplicate detection, fraud prevention, account restrictions, payout holds, project removal, dispute review, and other trust and safety measures to protect buyers, sellers, and the platform.

EGGIO may remove projects, restrict users, pause seller monetization, or limit access where necessary to protect platform integrity, payment safety, user trust, legal compliance, or marketplace quality.

11. Intellectual Property

EGGIO’s platform design, branding, interface elements, text, structure, and official resources may be protected by intellectual property rights. Users may not copy, scrape, reproduce, redistribute, or misuse EGGIO materials except as allowed by platform rules or applicable law.

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that submitted content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of third parties.

12. Privacy and Cookies

EGGIO collects, uses, stores, and protects information according to its Privacy Policy. EGGIO may also use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies according to its Cookie Policy.

13. Changes to EGGIO and These Terms

EGGIO may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features, categories, payment methods, membership benefits, seller tools, project rules, platform policies, or these Terms as the platform develops.

Continued use of EGGIO after updates means the user accepts the updated Terms.
