EGGIO is a digital resource marketplace. Products sold on EGGIO are delivered digitally and may include project kits, templates, checklists, guides, spreadsheets, workflow systems, and downloadable educational business resources.
1. Digital Delivery
EGGIO does not sell physical goods and does not involve physical shipping. After a successful payment, buyers may receive access to digital resources through their account, order page, download records, or other platform delivery methods.
Delivery may include downloadable files, PDF documents, editable templates, spreadsheets, resource packs, guides, checklists, workflow documents, or other digital materials described on the project page.
2. Buyer Responsibility Before Purchase
Before purchasing, buyers should review the project title, description, deliverables, price, category, preview information, refund rules, and any limitations stated on the project page.
EGGIO projects are intended to provide practical resources, inspiration, workflows, templates, and execution systems. They are not guarantees of income, business success, investment results, employment, funding, customer acquisition, or financial return.
3. Refund Eligibility
Because EGGIO sells digital resources that may be accessed or downloaded shortly after purchase, refund requests are reviewed carefully.
A refund may be considered if:
- the buyer was charged but did not receive access to the purchased digital resource;
- the delivered file is missing, corrupted, or inaccessible and cannot be fixed within a reasonable time;
- the product description is materially misleading;
- the delivered resource is substantially different from what was promised on the project page;
- there is evidence of unauthorized payment, duplicate charge, or technical error.
4. Refunds May Be Denied
A refund may be denied if:
- the buyer has successfully accessed or downloaded the digital resource and the product matches the description;
- the refund request is based only on a change of mind;
- the buyer expected guaranteed income, guaranteed business success, or investment returns that were not promised;
- the buyer misused the platform, shared resources without permission, or violated EGGIO rules;
- the dispute is unsupported by evidence.
5. Disputes and Review
If a buyer believes a product is misleading, missing, defective, infringing, or not delivered, the buyer should contact EGGIO with the order information, product name, issue description, and supporting screenshots or evidence.
EGGIO may review order records, download logs, project descriptions, seller records, communication history, and platform activity to determine whether a refund, replacement, correction, seller penalty, or project removal is appropriate.
6. Seller Earnings and Payout Holds
Seller earnings may be subject to a review period before becoming available for payout. EGGIO may delay, freeze, reverse, or reject seller earnings if there are refunds, chargebacks, disputes, fraud signals, misleading content, duplicate submissions, copyright issues, policy violations, or unresolved buyer complaints.
Seller payout availability does not mean that a transaction is immune from later review, reversal, dispute handling, or compliance checks.
7. Digital Resource Access
Access to purchased digital resources may be provided through a buyer’s account, order page, download record, or other platform delivery method. Users should keep their account secure and should not share purchased resources unless the project page clearly allows redistribution.
EGGIO may restrict access if there is evidence of unauthorized sharing, abusive activity, chargeback abuse, fraud, or violation of platform rules.
8. Changes to This Policy
EGGIO may update this Refund & Digital Delivery Policy as the platform develops, payment methods change, seller rules are adjusted, or digital delivery features are improved.
